Hendersonville is a city of about 62,000 people. It’s a lakeside community on Old Hickory Lake about 30 minutes from Music City (Nashville, Tennessee). Hendersonville is a safe, upper middle class community that has full services (grocery, retail, gas, banking, churches, spas, gyms and great restaurants). We are pet friendly. Dogs must be disclosed(by guest) and approved(by us) before your booking will be considered confirmed. We have a few additional dog rules which we will communicate directly. Guest access There’s a free public boat ramp about 1/4 mile from the home for you to launch your watercraft. Old Hickory Lake is a tournament fishing lake with excellent Bass fishing, as well as a host of other fun fishing…kids can catch Bluegill all day long from the shoreline! Other things to note Our Lakehouse is FULLY OUTFITTED! Bring your luggage and go grocery shopping and you are set to relax and enjoy yourselves. Natural Gas BBQ, Charcoal Grill, Backyard Beverage Cooler, Inflatable flotation rafts (for the lake), indoor towels, lake towels, doggie towels, all linens plus backups, Corn hole Toss Game, Pedal Boat, Fishing Poles(3) and tackle, Cards, Board Games, Jenga, Movies on DVD, pots/pans/dishes, cups/mugs/glasses, toilet tissue, paper towels, facial tissue, hand and dish soap, sponge, laundry and dishwasher supplies.
