Guest access At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors. Other things to note Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week 150 KWh per apartment per week The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. The limit should be more than enough for a comfortable stay. The reason why the limits are set, is simply to encourage our guests to use these precious resources responsibly to help save our planet. This is a small step we can take together to contribute towards a more sustainable future for our planet. Not to go over the limits there are simple but important measures one can take like switching off air condition units and lights when not in the apartment. These simple measures should be enough to stay within the limits included in the price.
