The space Open living and kitchen with all season sun room adorning windows with unhindered lake view. Open deck with access to the gradual water entry frontage just steps away. The master has a queen bed overlooking the water with sliding door access. The 2nd bedroom boasts a full size bed. There is a darling loft accessible by ladder with 2 twin beds. Stack-able washer and dryer on site, linens & towels are included, as well as basic toiletries and consumables, all kitchen supplies/dishes, canoe & 2 kayaks. Heat pump. Guest access The entire lake house is accessible for guests. The roadway is paved and easy to access in all 4 seasons; but is gravel and there may be some pot holes (in true Maine style!) Other things to note There is an unobstructed waterfront view, with steps down to the water. For guests with small children: the loft as well as the front deck space is unable to be child-proofed.
