The apartment is located in the 1st row to the Baltic Sea and the center of The space Scharbeutz is about 5 min walk. Bakery and shopping as well as the Scharbeutz pier are very close. The Baltic Sea right outside the door From the terrace with the cozy furniture you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. House The studio apartment is cleverly divided and can accommodate up to two people. In the living and sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed (1.60 m wide) complemented by a cozy couch corner and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is compact and functional - ideal for culinary highlights. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet. On the furnished sun balcony you can enjoy relaxation and a wonderful sea view. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room of the house for a fee. Entertainment For entertainment in the evening, the smart TV in the living room is provided. Wifi access is also part of the amenities.
