Charming House and Garden in the heart of Brantome

Located steps away from the attractions of Brantome, in one of its oldest streets, you can easily access its restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and walks. It offers an oasis of calm with its garden, very private, overlooking the city. Old, it has been completely modernized inside, with air conditioning, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher and dryer, wood stove... Come and relax at any time of the year. The space The Gite St Pierre is located in the center of the famous tourist site of Brantome en Périgord, in a small old street, all near the river. Backed by the cliff, its terrace and garden, overlooking the city, are places of rest and relaxation. The Gite is rated 3* by the Departmental Tourist Office, the maximum possible without having private parking (this is for 2 people because, for the Office, the beds on the ground floor count as extra beds). Brantome offers you its charms - its sites, market, streets, gardens, restaurants, cafes and bars. All of Dordogne and the neighboring Departments are at your disposal. Entering the Gite you will find a bedroom on the ground floor with two beds, (which can also form a large double bed) and its bathroom, with washing machine and dryer. From this room, you climb the stairs, which are quite steep and narrow, and you find the main part of the house – equipped kitchen, living room, shower room and master bedroom. From the living room you can access the terrace, with BBQ, table and garden seats and umbrella. From here you can access the Garden above the house, an ideal place to rest with a view of the rooftops of Brantome. The house is connected to fiber optic internet and the media gives you a wide choice of channels, TV series, movies, videos etc. For people traveling for work, or who want to do TT, there is a work desk in the master bedroom. Guest access The whole Other things to note We would be happy to introduce ourselves to potential guests. Note that the alley, being very narrow, does not allow parking immediately in front of the house. However, you can stop in front of the house to load and unload your belongings. There are free parking spaces nearby (1-2 minute walk): at the beginning of the street, in front of the hotel Le Jardin des ChouChoux, and around the shops in front of the hotel.
