This charming cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests with large terrace about 200m2 and canopy 6x5m with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable as comfortable as possible. Enjoy the garden and the conservatory where you can enjoy the fresh air and the natural beauty of the surroundings. A BBQ grill is available to prepare delicious alfresco meals. The terrace with garden furniture and loungers is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The cottage has air conditioner to keep you cool in the hot summer months. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a microwave/stove/grill, a kettle and a coffee maker that will make it easier for you to everyday life. Bed linen is provided, and a Smart TV is available to chat. A crib and a high chair are available for the smallest guests. We also offer free WiFi so you can always stay connected. An iron, drying rack, and a hairdryer are also provided. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking accommodation and is therefore not suitable for smokers. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. The furnished terrace with barbecue, loungers, table and chairs faces south and invites you to relax and unwind. The mobile home is fully equipped and suitable for 1 - 5 people. It has a living room with sofa bed 1.4x2.0m, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.6x2.0m, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.4x2.0m, a modern kitchen with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as associated dishes, pots and cutlery. Large bathroom with shower + toilet. In addition, LED TV with DE and NL TV programs, free internet (Wi-Fi), community games, high chair, travel cot and private parking directly at the house! All rental prices include utilities for electricity, water, heating, Internet (WiFi) and bed linen! Towels, soap etc. are not included and must be brought by the guests themselves!!! Pets allowed! Dogs, only small and medium-sized rabbits of dogs allowed. Please only bring housebroken animals!!! Access and loading only with the ECOTAP charging card or via ECOTAP app! Important! Charging an electric car directly at the house is not possible and is also prohibited, can lead to termination of the rental contract and reference from the parking property!!! Right on our chalet/ cottage, you will find a free private parking space just for our guests, who are part of our vacation home and can only be used by our guests. Check in & check out is contactless, we have a keybox (key box at the chalet) where you can remove the keys and the card for the barrier yourself!
