The space 2 bed rooms and attach 2 bathrooms, (1 hot water bathroom ) kitchen ( Fridge, gas cooker, Kettle and other Accessories. Blender provide as you need) living area indoor and out door. garden with banana trees , Mango trees, Lime trees, red apple trees, custard apple trees. Animals are cats , squirrels, monkeys, parrots, different kind of birds and peacocks (but no harm from them) Guest access Garden, Restaurant, Ayurveda hut Other things to note * Reservation - please you can stay only people you mentioned in the booking agreement ( quantity of the people ) you can't give any accommodation to other people without my attention. * Events - if you organize special event at my place with people who stays other places you should inform me before starts to events. * Cleaning fee and cleaning - when you book my place you have to pay $ 10 as a cleaning fee. it's only charge for cleaning after your checkout. if you need to cleaning Apartment or Bathrooms several times while your stay you should pay separately to every single time. * Laundry and replace - we do laundry service with separate chargers. you possible to request to changing your Bed linen , Blanket and pillow cases after every 5 days with free of charge. *Arrangement change and Decoration - if you do that please care with equipment damages and don't damage the property. if Damage please replace same thing or honestly pay damage fee. * Free ( WI-FI ) - I provide free wi-fi for every guests who stays here. but limited. it's mean you can use Wi-fi for all common things to any time but if you use more wi-fi for watching movies or download, more video calls and more you tube it will be a problem to you. if you hope to work while your vacation you have to request separate wi- fi package or you can buy mobile data packages. because internet chargers very expensive here. * Bathrooms - please don't wash sandy in the Bathrooms it's big problem for us. there is an out door shower you can wash sandy there after sea. and if you need any other things I can provide any time. * Information - I take every responsibility that I provide information for you. but I can't take any responsibility that you give from out side people or places. * Compound cleaning and other maintains - normally every day we cleaning our garden. but every time we try to do it without disturbing to you. maintains depends on the situation. but we specially care with noisy. * Noisy - it has 10 seconds noise by train at one time. if you light sleeper its good to use year plugs. ( 1st one - at 05.15 and Last one at 21.20 ) about 15 trains moving per day. * Ayurveda facilities - we have Ayurveda Spa we can offer every Ayurveda treatment with separate charge. * Restaurant - we provide Breakfast dinner as you wish with separate charges. every meal you can order from us before at least 3 hours. we provide fruit juices, Beer and some beverages with separate charges. * Tours and Transpiration - we provide this service as you need like Round Tours, Whale Watching, Elephant safari , renting Scooters and Airport pick up , drop and Etc....
