The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation: just 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the affiliated establishment "Lido La Nave", included in the stay. The villa, well exposed and naturally cooled, is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with independent entrance and double access, also ideal for easily reaching the beach on foot. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a dining table, comfortable sofas and a TV cabinet. The living room overlooks a small terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for outdoor dining or moments of relaxation. The adjacent kitchen is well organized and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, moka pot and glasses. Also on the ground floor there is a single bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes and large windows with sea view. A second complete bathroom with shower and washing machine serves this area. The villa is air conditioned (hot/cold air) and it is possible to park up to 2 cars inside the garden, closed by an electric gate. On the lower floor there is an independent apartment, inhabited by another family, who uses a reserved parking space. From there you will receive all the instructions to access the villa. For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly. Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs.
