Sleeps up to 6 guests. Enter the condo from the upstairs indoor hallway. The main floor features an open-concept living room, dining area, kitchen, and the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a queen sofa bed, a gas fireplace, deck access, and a Smart TV. The dining area seats 4, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The upgraded, fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy for the whole family or a simple morning coffee. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a Smart TV. The downstairs bathroom includes a separate sink area and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs, the loft features a Pyramid Bunk Bed (queen on the bottom, twin on top), a game table, and a TV. The second bathroom has a custom tiled shower/tub combo with a private sink area. Chamonix is just 300 yards from Canyon Lodge, a short drive to shops and restaurants, and close to the lakes basin. The complex offers 3 hot tubs, a summer-heated pool, BBQ area, recreation room, and coin-operated laundry. Condo accommodates up to 2 cars. This condo is an ideal base to enjoy everything Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierra have to offer. The recreation room is 2 levels for families, which includes an Adult Area with large screen TV, fireplace and pool table and Youth Loft with TV, free videos and ping-pong. Additional Chamonix amenities include Sauna, Coin Operated Laundry Facilities, Summer BBQ, Fire Pit area, and a separate video game room. In addition there is outdoor parking available at Chamonix. Other things to note Unit Pricing includes 13% Local Tax & 1% Local Assessment Your cleaning fee also covers the Town of Mammoth Lakes Occupancy tax that we need to pay the town for your reservation. The TOT in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc. The cleaning fee is also used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit.
