In the apartment building Bel Vital in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, all apartments have been completely renovated and completely newly furnished in recent years. The modern apartment building Bel Vital with exclusive apartments impresses with its optimal location. It is only a few meters to the long and wide sandy beach and the beach promenade, 300 m to the train station of the Baltic Sea resort Binz and only about 500 m to the pier, town center and the Kurhaus. All apartments have a balcony (except apartment 06, 22 + 38), free Wi-Fi and an underground parking lot (entrance height 2.10 m) in the house. There is an elevator in the house. A large, lockable bicycle room is located behind the underground garage. On the ground floor of the house is a physiotherapy practice. (Appointment necessary).
