Weir House (sleeps 10 + 4 camp beds)

Weir House, set in its own pretty garden, is the biggest of our 12 Cottages, with five en-suite bedrooms, a drawing room, a utility room, a kitchen, a dining room and even a games room. The bedrooms are: two double rooms and three twin rooms. There are big gardens at the front and back with croquet lawn and children’s play area. Also equipped with garden furniture, an umbrella and BBQ on the west terrace. It sleeps 10 in beds, and has the option of adding 4 cots or camp beds (10+4). The space The welcome pack is included in the price and included the following (please note quantities vary per property): • Unsliced loaf of bread • Milk from Holmleigh dairy • Butter from Holmleigh Dairy • A dozen eggs • 2 loaf cakes • Paddock Farm sausages • Rashers of Paddock Farm bacon • A wheel of cheese • Monopole champagne • Jam/Preserve • Cotswolds Rapeseed oil • Assortment of both Kellogg’s and Dorset Cereals All of our products are local, and should you have any special dietary requirements please let us know. We also supply basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc., as well as cleaning supplies. We can arrange for your cottage to have the following (free of charge): • welcome basket (always included) • a floor baby bouncer • a wooden cot or travel cot • a wooden high chair (I would suggest a cushion for the babe’s bum) • stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs • toy box (6 months to 5 years) • nappy changing mat • Phillip’s Avent bottle steriliser • Potty • Toddler toilet seat • Step • baby monitors • parent’s peace of mind kit which includes kiddie’s plates, cups and cutlery. We also have an Avent bottle warmer and baby bath you can get from the office for your stay, and the pool is stocked with swim nappies.
