Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the pool/dining area. The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M - No parties or events allowed. Free parking is available on the property for 4 cars. No boats or trailers. The pool is heated and the thermostat is automatically set to 85 degrees. The thermostat should not be touched or used by any guest. Any signs of tampering will result in a $750 fine. Please reach out if you need assistance. KOSHER: The home is located in the Boca Jewish community. It is a 5 min drive/15 min walk to Yagdil Torah. Many kosher restaurants and grocery stores are within a 12-15 min drive. The house can be kashered upon request. We do have a kosher closet with items you can use over Shabbos.
