Spacious and Beautiful Home with Outdoor Kitchen

This beautifully appointed home offers an ideal retreat for anyone seeking affordable luxury, just 25 mins from RVA. Sleeps 8-10 guests, features 4 beds/2.5 baths. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor kitchen, perfect for grilling and relaxing on the patio with a table, chairs, and a cozy fire pit, or retreat to the screened-in porch, complete with a TV. The fully stocked kitchen accommodates meal preparation for family and friends. The home is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system. The space Tucked away in a quiet, private neighborhood, this spacious 3000 sq ft home offers all the comforts of "home" and more. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a tall foyer and a warm welcome from your host. To your right is a functional office space with a shredder, a large screen (ready to connect to your device), and a printer—though we hope you’ll bypass work for relaxation with family and friends. Also to your right, the dining room boasts a charming country-style table that seats 7-9. On your left, a curved staircase leads to the second-floor bedrooms and baths—but for now, let’s explore the main floor. A convenient half-bath is located just off the foyer as you make your way to the eat-in kitchen, which seats 4 at a glass table with colorful place settings. The kitchen itself is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, toaster oven, and a 12-cup coffee maker with a thermal carafe and a Keurig. The island, with seating for 4, provides ample space for preparing and eating meals. Behind you, the cozy living room awaits, featuring a smart TV, soundbar, fireplace, fish tank, guitar (occasionally taken by the host), ukulele, and an array of comfortable seating options, including a couch, 2 large chairs, and loveseat. Just beyond the living room is the stunning screened-in porch. It’s equipped with a ceiling fan, propane fire pit table (not in use), and seating for 5-7. The door to the porch can be a bit tricky—lift the handle to unlock both latches (extra security if you decide to sleep out here). In colder months, the porch transforms into a heated room with a radiator heater (don’t forget to keep the fan on to manage the heat). The furniture can even be rearranged to create a full-size bed for a cozy night outdoors. The back patio is a true oasis, complete with a fire pit, outdoor kitchen (grill and side burner), seating for 6, and beautiful landscaping. This is a perfect spot to relax, sip a drink, and soak up the sun or unwind in the hammock (found on the screened-in porch). Cushions for the fire pit chairs, extra seating, and cornhole boards are also available for your enjoyment. Now, let’s head upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms, with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, all featuring high-quality, encased mattresses with protectors. The master bedroom boasts an electric fireplace, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, and an oversized shower with both a standard and rain shower head. Each bedroom comes with two towels, washcloths, extra pillows and blankets, and two luggage racks. The two king bedrooms also have TVs, with one offering workout equipment, including free weights, a bench, a water-resistant rower, and games. After your workout, treat yourself to a massage in the master bedroom’s massage chair—just be sure to shower first! Every shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Additionally, most bedrooms feature USB lamp chargers or chargers for your devices, while the two king rooms have ceiling fans, and the queen rooms are equipped with fans stored in the closets. The garage and locked owner’s closet (off master bath) are the only off-limits areas during your stay, except for using the recycling bins in the garage. The garage houses tools, personal items, and a refrigerator with the host’s food, these things are off limits. Breaking into the owners closet will come with a $200 fee. The home is equipped with a commercial-grade water filtration system, so there’s no need to purchase bottled water. We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the owner's closet and the garage except for the recycling bins. The refrigerator in the garage is used for our personal food and is off-limits to guests. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE TRASH IN THE GARAGE!
