On the rooftop terrace there is a kitchenette, you can admire the sunset, sunrise, see all the stars and enjoy a barbecue. The space The accommodation is on 3 floors. The first floor has no unevenness, only a small step at the entrance and exit to the garden. It has a service patio with a washing machine and clothesline, a kitchen with a bar and equipped with appliances, dishes, pans and everything you need. Dining room, half bathroom, living room with smart TV, another space with a sofa bed and exit to the garden with panoramic view. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a full shared bathroom. The third floor is a panoramic terrace with a kitchenette and furniture to enjoy the view and food. The pool is located in the clubhouse. It has a terrace and some furniture to have a good time in the infinity pool that has a beautiful view. Guest access By car, we are located at: 10 minutes - 6 km from the Jocotepec pier 20 minutes - 13 km from Ajijic, which has a nice pier and is a very picturesque village. 30 minutes - 24 km from the town of Chapala It's a gated community with security. We are located on the mountain side and that is why we enjoy the spectacular view. Other things to note It is a very natural place. There are animals that come down from the mountain, so we recommend keeping the mosquito nets closed and being careful with scorpions, spiders, and small animals that may get into the house.
