Second bedroom has a queen bed (no closet)and bathroom across the hall. Living room has a pull out queen sofa-bed. Fully equipped kitchen with a large island for dinning, regular coffee machine and a Keurig. Just bring your favorite ground or coffee pod and condiments. ***Please note since we do not live close by, we are at the mercy of what our management company provides. They do not provide items like paper towels, shampoos, hair dryers, etc… Entire condo is at your disposal. Pick up parking pass at the gate and the front door code will be in the check-in email. Gated complex with 24/7 security. Laundromat (coin operated) and trash shoot at the end of our hall on same floor. I can be reached via text and my head housekeeper in person. High to mid rise hotels and condos line the beach. Gated community with 24 hour gate guard. *****during Spring Break March-April all guests 10-35 must purchase a wristband $25+tax per person for the duration of your stay****** You can walk to many restaurants and shops. You can also rent bicycles, golf carts, jeeps or ride the free island shuttle! Activities: deep sea & bay fishing, parasailing, horseback riding, zip line, dolphin watch & dinner/sunset cruises, surf lessons, sand castle lessons.
