You and your loved ones will spend your time in our cozy & quiet furnished 80 m² apartment. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house in a quiet location overlooking Mylau. Mylau is a small relaxed town with approx. 2600 inhabitants in Vogtland, and is located 25 km between Zwickau and Plauen. Your apartment (approx. 80 m²) consists of: • Living room • 2 bedrooms •Kitchen • Bathroom • Hallway The space Living room: The approx. 33 m² large and bright living room with 4 windows includes 2 couches, a coffee table, wardrobe, dining table with 6 chairs, a fireplace, heating, TV, DVD & Blueray player + movies for all ages, a game collection, and a beautiful view over Mylau into the Vogtland. The 1st bedroom can accommodate 4 people. There is 1 large double bed, 2 single beds, a TV, heating and a wardrobe in it. The 2nd bedroom can accommodate 2 people. There are 2 single beds, heating and a wardrobe in it. Bath: In the approx. 10 m² bathroom right next to the 1st bedroom, there is a toilet, a bathtub with shower, hair dryer, hand & bath towels, makeup mirror, washing machine, toilet paper, shower gel, disinfectant and everything that belongs in a bathroom. In the kitchen, which is about 14 m², there is a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, sink, coffee maker incl. filter & coffee, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cups, cutlery, glasses, plates are of course also available, and a table with 5 chairs. All rooms are located on one floor. You are alone and everything is lockable. A guest lounge just for you is located outdoors. Fast Internet (up to 100 Mbit/s) is available 24 hours a day free of charge. Free parking is available in front of the property, as well as free private parking on the property. Are you coming from Highway 72? From the Treuen or Reichenbach exit, you can reach us in Mylau in about 10 minutes. Late arrival: If you arrive late in the evening or at night, no problem. We have a key safe at the entrance, where the key to the apartment is ready for you. Smoking is possible in front of the house and the guest lounge. If you want to bring pets, please ask in advance, unless it's a horse or something similar :-) FROM US YOU CAN REACH BY CAR: In 3 minutes, the Aldi, Diska, China snack bar, Doner kebab, bakery, 5 min. McDonalds, 3 minutes to the church of Mylau & Mylau Castle with a large castle garden and museum, 3 minutes to the Göltzschtal Bridge (largest brick bridge in the world), 5 minutes to the outdoor pool Mylau (very idyllic), in 8 minutes the Park of Generations in Reichenbach with playground, or just to go for a walk, in 10 minutes in Reichenbach a Greek, Italian, Chinese, or some German restaurants, in 10 minutes, the Kuhberg (observation tower with views over the Vogtland) in Netzschkau/OT Brockau (here is a delicious German restaurant), 12 minutes to Greiz Castle with museum, 15 minutes to the popular Plohn amusement park, In 15 minutes, you can eat delicious ice cream at the Piechels in Treuen, in 20 minutes, the zoo in Hirschfeld, in 20 minutes, the Pöhl dam + Pöhl climbing forest + Pöhl Mosenturm (observation tower with views over the Vogtland) or go swimming in the dam, 25 minutes to the Drachenhöhle (Dragon Cave) in Syrau with a laser show, 25 minutes to the cities of Zwickau or Plauen with many shopping facilities, in 40 minutes, the Schöneck ski world, the Mühlleithen ski lift, the Eibenstock ski arena, the Klingenthal ski lift and much more. 45 minutes to the Czech Republic, e.g. at the Ebmath or Klingenthal border crossing.
