Building includes gym and lounge. **Note, pool/rooftop is under construction until June 2025 and won’t be accessible** Apartment has stainless steel appliances, modern and chic decor, epic views of Miami River, washer/dryer, wi-fi, cable, and an extra queen day bed. Other things to note 1) Please do not contact the building manager or staff and only contact myself the host for any of your concerns. If you loose your keys, please call/text me and I will meet with you to resolve. There’s a $150 charge if key fob is lost. 2) No parties, no loud music 3) No more than 4 people maximum capacity in the apartment 4) Guest will be required to submit a short-term lease agreement included a picture Government ID to process with the building for approval.
