Keepers is a traditional stone cottage situated on Grisedale Bridge, just a short stroll from Glenridding and Patterdale. It is ideal for walkers wishing to explore Ullswater and the Lake District or couples looking for a romantic getaway. St Patricks Boat Landing, 5 minutes walk away or jump aboard one of the Ullswater Steamers, 10 minutes from the cottage. Fancy eating out? Then, you will enjoy the local pubs, hotel bars, and tea shops, all within walking distance. Note: Pets not permitted. The space Ground Floor One private parking space at the front of the cottage. Open plan living room and kitchenette with a dining table for two, sizeable log-burning stove, TV with Sky Glass & Netflix. A door leads to the rear enclosed patio. The kitchenette offers an oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with a freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. First Floor King-size double bed with bedside tables on either side. Modern bathroom with basin, loo and walk-in shower. Looking onto the fells, fabulous views of the front and rear of the cottage. All the windows have been replaced with double glazing, storage heaters are located on both floors, and the fire burning makes the cottage wonderfully cosy and warm! Outside Decked patio space with furniture and a small cottage garden across the car park. Guest access Guests have full exclusive use of the cottage. Please note Dogs are no longer permitted at Keepers Cottage. Other things to note Parking is provided for one vehicle only. Bed linen is included in the price, not towels, so please bring these with you. Electricity, water, heating and a starter wood supply for the fire are also included. Please note: This is a pet-free cottage, no pets permitted.
