The space Haus am Bach 4 / 1st floor: apartment for max. 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 toddlers, approx. 64 m², 2nd floor (elevator/lift), barrier-free and wheelchair accessible (turning circles, grab handles, etc.) 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm, can be put together), living room with integrated kitchenette (4 ceramic hobs, oven), dining area and cozy seating area with pull-out sofa bed (145 x 190 cm), bathroom with shower (floor-to-ceiling) and toilet, balcony (about 10 m²) with a view of the greenery, parking space. Facilities: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen (SAT-TV), hair dryer, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating...
