Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the heated pool, 7-person hot tub, fishing pier, putt-putt course, kayaks, bikes, and all indoor spaces. The property is exclusively yours during your stay—no shared spaces. Other things to note DISCLAIMER: PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN!! If you want to get loud and party. Please choose another home. Unfortunately, we have to be very clear. The pool is heated year-round at no extra charge. There is a $75 hot tub cleaning fee (we drain, clean, and refill between each guest). When outside temperatures go to 70 degrees or below the system is incapable of sustaining the pool temperature of 86 degrees and the hot tub of 101 degrees. Once outside temperature reaches 70 degrees or below the heating system will be turned off to prevent damage to the system itself. This is a very uncommon occurrence in Florida, but on occasion we have seen this during winter months. The home is newly renovated—everything is fresh, clean, and updated for your comfort. We provide basic starter supplies (toiletries, paper towels, etc.); longer stays may require restocking. There’s ample parking on-site Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood—please respect quiet hours (9 PM – 8 AM). Life jackets are provided for kayak use; use at your own risk. Check out The Publix grocery delivery online before you arrive. Publix will deliver to the front door. This could save you a ton of time when trying to have fun. There is no smoking in this house—seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, or they will be towed away. We have security cameras at the front door, over the garage, looking at the driveway, on the pool pump, looking at the equipment, on the left side of the home, looking at that side, and on our dock. No security cameras are pointed at the guests. We have a device that measures sound decibels called Minut located on the rear patio. This device does not listen to conversations.
