The space 45 km south of Troyes, 20 minutes from the A5 motorway, Balnot sur Laignes is a charming little village, located on the Champagne tourist route, in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyard. The Jardin Sainte Anne welcomes you in a green and relaxing setting. This pretty and very bright house is completely renovated and decorated in a soft and warm style, combining the charm of wood, stone and antique furniture with a contemporary touch. Less than 20 minutes away: rich built heritage of the Riceys (5 km), Maison de Renoir in Essoyes, Château de Vaux, Commanderie Templière d 'Avalleur, hiking trails, sports recreation... 30 minutes away: lakes and Natural Park of the Orient Forest (wildlife area, ecomuseum, swimming, water sports, tree climbing...). 40 mins away: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 mins away: City of Troyes (Cathedral, Museums, Factory Stores). By reservation, possibility of a guided tour of the vineyard and tasting of the owner's Champagne. On the raised ground floor: a large living room with open kitchen and direct access to a large terrace and garden. Living room equipped with TV, DVD/blue ray player, fireplace (wood provided). On the 1st landing: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), a shower room. On the 2nd floor: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with private shower room, separate toilet, a large bedroom (3 beds 90 x 200 + convertible bed 90 x 190) with library and games that will delight children. Outside, a garden furniture, wooden lounge, barbecue, sunbeds, swings…. The shaded garden, about 800m2, is fully enclosed with private parking. Beds made on arrival, linen provided, end of stay cleaning, heating and electricity are included in the price of the stay.
