We're waiting for you! The space The accommodation facing South, East is composed as follows: - A living room of 21 m² with TV and sofa bed (double). There is no Wifi access. - An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, cooking plates, washing machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A balcony facing South-East, of about 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the magnificent view. At disposal if needed : barbecue, fan, iron. The apartment is ideally located in Leucate, in a very pleasant and quiet environment surrounded by individual houses. A pine forest touches the residence Copa Cabana with umbrella pines, very pleasant in summer, you can also enjoy a moment of relaxation with squirrels that can come directly eat nuts in your hands. In front of the residence you will have access to a promenade along the waterfront. There is also a magnificent view of the Pyrenees at the back. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
