Modern super clean condo at Ventura Country Club !

This beautiful vacation condo is nestled in the lush tropical landscape of Ventura Country Club,a gated Country Club and centrally located in Orlando and not far from the local attractions. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, Walmart + pharmacies are within a 2 minute drive. I'm using Airbnb very rarely to rent my beautiful condo since I'm using a different website(vrbo/homeaway) with over 162 x fantastic5 x Star reviews and that is why I have very few reviews here on this website. The space This elegant modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vaction condo at Willowpointe ( part of Ventura Country Club) is perfect for your tropical relaxing vacation in Sunny Orlando near the theme parks and attractions. I'm the owner, Jan Dorwarth and I live lso in Orlando and can be reached anytime if there should be any questions or concerns. I clean, maintain and manage the condo myself for many years and you are dealing with a private person and not a management company. Free parking + SUPER FAST INTERNET, Cable TV with lots of channels, 3 TV's, private parking in front of the condo entrance, washer/dryer and lots more. Large relaxing pool is only 1 min away. Guest access Guests are allowed to use 2 large pools, Ventura Club-House with fitness center, large pool, restaurant + bar, golf course + tennis courts, play ground for kids, private lake + walking-jogging paths. Willowpointe which is a subdivision of Ventura Country Club is a very safe gated quiet community to enjoy a relaxing family vacation or if you are here on business. Other things to note I do own and rent out 2 vacation condos at Ventura Country Club for many years but only one is listed here. I have used AirBnB very little to rent out this condo but have it listed on another large vacation rental website. That is why I only have a few reviews here. I do have over 150 reviews for this place and over 220 fantastic reviews for my other condo on their vacation rental website. Please don't hesistate booking here and I can guarantee you that you will find a beautiful super clean place for your Florida dream vacation or business trip. You are not renting from an anonymous management company, but from a private person who is always available if there should be any questions or concerns. I only own 2 condos at Ventura Country Club, clean and maintain them myself and always make sure that everything is super clean and in perfect condition. My other place is not listed here on AirBnB.
