Rates have been significantly discounted accordingly. Home is three levels. The first level was heavily damaged by the storm. Until repairs are finalized, as those of you who've stayed with us before know, the living space, sleeper sofa, 2nd kitchen, and first level full bath are not there currently. It's possible that some of this will be replaced by the time you check in. Until then, we sleep 10 instead of 12 (5 bedrooms, 6 beds). Second two levels are where the bedrooms and common living areas are. House is beautiful, freshly painted 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath, non-smoking home. House is located at the north end of the island near Times Square (or where Times Square was). House is fully equipped - towels, linens, soap, shampoo, etc. are provided. You'll find the outdoor space as nice as anything you'll find on the island right now. Your outdoor oasis and over-sized, heated pool is ready for you to enjoy. The only exception currently is that we've got some replaced siding that needs painted (in process) and we're missing an exterior door on the pool house. We're told that the pool is the largest private pool on the island and is heated to a constant 83 degrees (pool will be warmer than that from May-October as we don't cool it). Beach chairs, pub tables, outdoor grill are all ready for your use. Free Wi-Fi. Xfinity high def cable with more than 140 channels and the extra sports package. All bedrooms include wall mounted, HD TVs with cable (4 of 5 with smart TVs). Notice to guests: Southern Serenity has outdoor security cameras. They are not concealed and clearly visible.
