The space Relax in our spacious accommodations featuring a king sized bed and sofa bed. The full bathroom includes walk-in shower and hair dryer. Enjoy the convenience of our full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Stovetop, dishwasher and coffee maker. Additional in-room amenities include fireplace, patio, cable television, DVD player, in-room safe, iron/ironing board, telephone and air conditioning. Guest access Guests will have access to the business center, activity center (fees apply), BBQ grills, fitness center (age restrictions apply), games, game consoles, playground, picnic area, walking paths, ping-pong, outdoor pools and hot tubs. Other things to note Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Take notice of: Units are non - smoking No pets allowed Guests shall use & maintain the Resort in accordance with resort policies & rules. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios. The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests. Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort. Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
