The DeVita House Est. 1900

The DeVita House is a newly renovated home that was built in 1900 and located on a quiet side road in Gardiner, NY. Guests can enjoy a country setting to get away from their daily grind and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities in New York’s scenic Hudson Valley. Create your ideal stay, whether that’s reading in the sunroom, relaxing on the back deck or feeding the fish in the pond. We welcome you to explore the property or visit the neighboring towns. The space The DeVita House is set on two acres with a fishing pond in the backyard. There is also plenty of space to play a game of tag, wiffle ball, or throwing a Frisbee! If it's a rainy day, the kitchen is large enough for everyone to gather, cook, laugh and play board games. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and house, except for the basement. Other things to note Wear comfy shoes! We are only a half mile from the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, a mere 8.5 miles from Minnewaska State Park Preserve and 13 miles from Mohonk Mountain, which are both beautiful locations with miles of hiking trails.
