Spreewaldhaus - Your "home away from home" in Lübben

Quiet on the green, yet "right in the middle". Here you can relax and explore the Spreewald individually. The holiday home is designed for an occupancy of 4 people, but it can accommodate two more holidaymakers on the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage has been available to vacationers since July 2018 after a complete and loving renovation, and for rent all year round. In the winter, the house is completely heated by district heating. The space In the 2 bedrooms you can spend quiet nights in box spring double beds. In addition, both bedrooms and also the living room have ample storage space for your brought things. In both bedrooms, a hardwood floor is laid (Spanish walnut) and in one bedroom a clay wall makes for a pleasant indoor climate. The bedrooms only have a height of 2.00 (R) and 2.07 m (L), so not for "big". All other rooms are higher. The living room is very spacious and has a seating area and a chill couch landscape to relax (and after converting to a sofa bed also to stay overnight). Large screen TV with BluRay player and satellite TV is also at your disposal. In the living room, laminate is laid as a floor. From the living room you can access a covered terrace, on the lounge furniture to relax and sit together. In addition to the terrace, the yard of your vacation home also has a barbecue area and smoking corner. In addition to sink and toilet, the bathroom also has bath and shower. In the kitchen you have a stove, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Plenty of cutlery and dishes are available, they can feel at home here. In the house and on the terrace you can access the free WiFi. Parking is available in front of the property, a car can also be parked next to the house in a lockable driveway. Bikes can be "parked" in a lockable shed on the premises. Please note that the City of Lübben, as a state-recognized resort, charges a tourist tax of €2 per night per adult. This is charged by us on behalf of the city at check-in and must be paid in cash.
