There are also streaming HDTVs in each bedroom. (Excellent free content is available. Can bring your own ID/password to access your own channels -or- your cable TV credentials will also get you access to many streaming providers. ⏤ ACCESSIBILITY INFO ⏤ ・There are 6 steps to enter the home; 5 from street to porch, 1 to enter home. ・Main level is an open floor plan with no steps to enter any room on that level. ・There is a king bedroom and a full bath on the main level ・Accessing the lower level, game room, and lower deck w/hot tub requires stairs We are happy to answer your questions - just message us here on this site! ⏤ SKIING ⏤ We are located a bit over 1 mile from the summit of Ober Mountain, the local mountain sports area with skiing & snow-tubing (in season), ice skating, attractions, restaurants, and more. They offer clothing & equipment rentals as well as a ski-school! You can park at the summit and ride the tram into downtown to explore! ⏤ POOLS & CLUBHOUSES ⏤ As our guest, you have access to 2 passes the 3 clubhouses with pools and other recreational facilities ⏤ 1 pass is good for whole group, but we give 2 in case you need/want to split up. ・Normal operating hours are 9am-9pm, but may vary based on weather and attendance. ・Pool season is roughly mid-May to late-September depending on weather and demand. ・Some are occasionally closed for maintenance and other activities. ・Please contact the Chalet Village Owners Club office to confirm status and hours. ・Weather, demand, and available labor can have an effect on availability. ・Note that there is a $80 per card charge by Chalet Village as a replacement fee if the pass is not in the home upon departure, is lost, stolen, or revoked. The clubhouses offer free Wi-Fi access, changing rooms, showers (bring your own towels, but not our bath towels). Some have meeting/event/banquet rooms for rent. The clubhouse passes can also be used for discounts at restaurants and attractions across Gatlinburg. Guest access Guests have access to the top 2 floors of the home; the rooms on the lowest level are locked, unoccupied, and remain unavailable when booking this listing. There is a separate listing for the whole 8-bedroom home. Property is secured with smart-lock system. A unique code will be furnished 2 days prior to scheduled arrival. You have questions? Other things to note — BOOKING INFO — Once reserved here, we will send a confirmation message with a link to our secure website and instructions to finalize your booking within 24 hours, or the reservation may be canceled. The Renter of record must: ・meet the minimum age; ・provide credit card for the security deposit; ・be present during entire stay; ・upload a valid government-issued ID; ・sign our rental agreement;  and, ・provide names & ages of the entire party. When completed, we will provide check-in information 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival by message and in our digital guidebook. Pricing is updated frequently. Rates are not final until the property is fully reserved. All laundry is done at recommended temperatures and uses products designed to provide the proper degree of sanitization. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest; fresh Bromine added. ⏤ RULES/POLICIES ⏤ ・No smoking of any kind, including vaping. ・Pets are not permitted (HOA rules). ・Airbnb prohibits events, parties, or exceeding the # of people in your group, and so do we and the HOA. ・Must be 21+ years old to book (HOA requirement) ・We cannot accept third-party bookings. ・Signed rental agreement and valid govt ID is required. ・List of all guests with full names and ages is needed. ・Refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required (yes, Airbnb allows this). ・Fireplace open Oct 1 - Mar 31. We do not provide firewood. ・5 vehicle limit for parking. There is no additional parking in the Gatlinburg area we know of. ・No trailers allowed. ・Community pools & clubhouses are managed by Chalet Village Owners Association.
