Come and discover the Var coastline while staying in this warm and family-friendly place! We rent this 80 m2 accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and suspended toilet, as well as a veranda bathed in light overlooking 500 m2 of landscaped, wooded and welcoming garden. With the bike path and beaches nearby, our place is great for a sports vacation! Come and enjoy nature and beautiful scenery! The space The 80 m² accommodation offers spacious areas and a refined décor to ensure you have a relaxing vacation. The open-plan KITCHEN is fully equipped: glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, as well as new dishes and all the necessary kitchenware. The BATHROOM equipped with a sink with storage, walk-in shower, hanging toilet, washing machine and hanging rack. In the LOUNGE area you will find a dining table with its chairs, a corner sofa and a sound system to plug in your phone or walker for a holiday with music! We are musicians in our spare time and we leave a few instruments for decoration but do not hesitate to use them to push the song as a family! BEDROOM 1 has a 140X190 DOUBLE bed with an ergonomic box spring and a thick mattress with high-quality pocket springs, a TV with Box, and large storage. This bedroom is the only room in the property that is equipped with air conditioning. The floor-to-ceiling window of this bedroom opens to the veranda and then to the outside. BEDROOM 2 has a convertible bed with a slatted base: either a single bed (80 × 200) or a double bed (160 × 200). A 60x120 crib with bars, as well as storage and a desk. LA VERANDA is a relaxing area, with coffee table and armchairs. The GARDEN of about 500 m2, offers an outdoor dining area with table and chairs for 8 people, a barbecue, a trampoline, an above ground swimming pool, hammocks, a vegetable garden, a gazebo and several small areas arranged with armchairs and coffee tables. The environment of this accommodation allows you to spend your holidays without a car (you can also get to the accommodation by public transport train-gare from Toulon and bus or plane - Hyères airport and bus) then you will find the shops at the end of the street, the beaches within walking distance (the closest one is 1.5 km away) and the bike path that allows you to go from Toulon to Hyères by bike. There is also easy parking right in front of the villa which is in a cul-de-sac. Surrounding beaches: - Anse de San Peyre is 800m walk from the accommodation, it is a superb small cove with a small fishing village, this cove is quite "confidential" because there is no parking! so only those who live nearby have easy access, or by bus. -INSEMagaud, 1 km walk is a privileged place for diving with its underwater trail for fans or discovering snorkeling. There is a good restaurant (Les Calanques) - Anse Méjean 1 km walk away with its port and small fishing village is a real postcard... There is also a restaurant (L 'escale) - The village and the beach of Pin de Galle are 2 km from the accommodation, there is a restaurant "Le Corsaire" for a drink. The public park of Sainte Marguerite is just a 100 meters walk away, you will find several structures for children and adults! Two City Stadiums ( football and basketball), two pétanque courts, balance structures and games, and a zipline. The beautiful Nature Park of Plan de La Garde is 3.5 km away, accessible by bike path. These 130 hectares of landscaped natural space will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family whether you are walkers, sportsmen or just nature lovers. Guest access The spaces accessible to guests are all on one level, the floor of the house where we live when we do not have tenants on the ground floor has not yet been renovated.
