This property is ideal for hanging out and having a good time. We have recently remodeled this home, which has giant windows offering wonderful natural light, great open living space, a pool table, a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a nice, covered back deck overlooking the swimming pool. We have two grills to choose from for your grilling pleasure. There is also sand volleyball, a bonfire area, and a nice open area on the other side of the fenced in pool area to enjoy. The space The back yard pool area is fenced in, but we have a field behind the pool area for your dogs to be walked or to play with them and let them run. This home has 4 bedrooms, however, please note the back bedroom with a Queen bed to the right off the kitchen is accessed through another room, which we've turned into a bedroom best suited for kids with two sleeper / futon couches. Plus it's good to know in order to access the furthest bedroom with Queen bed, you do have to walk through the first room/bedroom located directly off kitchen. It really is ideal for kids to sleep close to parents or for young adults to stay in the room directly off the kitchen. In addition to enjoying this home, guests may also inquire about utilizing (or having access to) an 'adult' game room that sits to the left of the house by the sand volleyball court. An additional fee 'may' apply to access, so be sure to ask about it and check it out. Our game room is called Game Junction, where you'll find another pool table to enjoy in addition to shuffle board and a bowling game made for the shuffle board table. It also has a kitchenette, full bathroom, sitting area, and two huge TVs. It makes for a great hang out (or man cave, rather) to compliment your stay with us! This Train Depot rental is located on a property along with two other rental units (our Game Junction, as mentioned above, and our Hidden Gem unit), so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our Lake ConRoy website. The entire property (ALL 3 units) will comfortably sleep up to 20 guests! If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in and a DAY PASS Fee per person may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. DAY PASS Fee per person is: $10 children 14 and under / $15 adults. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL for anyone on premises other than guests disclosed and paid for via your reservation. Your Hosts, Roy and his wife, Kelly, do live nearby and closely monitor this property, so please be honest with your intentions for enjoying this lovely property and fully disclose any expected additional guests or you may run the risk of being asked to vacate the premises. Other things to note ** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon check-in unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them. *Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas. *A number of our homes have board games, cards, pool tables, darts, etc. We just ask that things are put back after use, and nothing is allowed on top of our pool tables except the balls and sticks... i.e. no drinks, no bodies, no food, etc. are allowed on the pool tables.
