GAMEROOM: Ping Pong, Poker Table, Nintendo Switch, Hook-Ring Just South of Cowboys/Rangers Stadium, SixFlags and DFW airport! PETS WELCOME: Must be pre-approved. $80 per pet (additional pets charged after booking) NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS-Strictly enforced The space Cocos has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay! The living room will be perfect to watch the game or maybe play the piano for the whole family to sing along! The Game room garage provides the perfect space to play some cards, ping pong, Hook-ring or just let the kids play video games will you unwind in peace. The Patio is perfect for taking a dip in the pool, grilling out in the outdoor kitchen or just listening to the waterfall. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king while the other two have queen mattresses. There are also 2 single floor mattresses in the closet. Guest access The place is entirely included in the rental. Water slide is seasonal. Other things to note Accurate guest count is mandatory. Visitors, not listed in the reservation, will need prior approval before visiting. Grand Prairie has local laws governing short-term rentals. This laws are posted and will be enforced to include occupancy limits and no street parking.
