Niangua Hills Resort, located on the 5MM of the Big Niangua at the Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, offers the ease of booking a vacation rental with the amenities of staying at a resort. Guests will be able to relax in this no wake cove, fish in our covered fishing dock and swim the day away from our swimming platform or lounge in the pool. Enjoy being close to the fun! Captain Ron's and the new The Cave Bar & Grill are all just around the corner. The space This home boasts ample room for your party. Enjoy a very quiet and private, large deck off the dining room overlooking the wooded hills of the resort property. All bedrooms are located on the second level, which makes this a great home to put the kids to bed early while the adults enjoy the evening in the rest of the home. As of 2022, Street House #1 was equipped with new furniture and decor. This home does not have a direct view of the lake but a short walk provides all the lake access and views you could want plus guests' have full access to resort amenities. The master bedroom has a new, king bed, a large closet, a television and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a new, king bed. The third bedroom has a new queen bed. This home has a front deck area with seating and a large back deck with seating as well. Guest access Contactless Check-in: Keypad is located on each door and guests are provided with a personal access code for their stay. Other things to note Resort amenities include a swimming pool, boat slips, kayak and paddle board rentals, an enclosed fish house, a community swim dock, self-serve ice chest, an updated playground, a boat trailer parking lot, laundry facilities, Direct TV, a community pavilion, community fire pit, a charcoal bbq grill, linens also provided, and we boast a no-wake cove location. Wi-Fi is currently not available, although will be installed as soon as it becomes available. Guests are encouraged to use this time to truly unwind.
