We were not able to transfer the reviews after we purchased the property. This home is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Richland. There are parks and activities galore within a short walking distance. There is a park only a half block away. The walking and bike path that runs along the Columbia River is only a 3-5 minute walk away- including all the parks that run along the river. There are multiple tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, swimming areas, boat launches, docks for fishing, and places to rent paddle board, kayaks, and jet skis. This is also a great area for bird watching. You are in a very quiet neighborhood, but less than a 10 minute walk to a major shopping area, and a short drive to many of the great restaurants in town. Some of the best wineries in the area are only a 10 minute drive away. If you prefer to stay at the house, there is a very large back yard with multiple mature trees for shade. In addition, there is a picnic table and Adirondack chairs on the back porch. You can also relax in the hammock under the shade of the beautiful trees. We hope you find our home to be a great place for rest and relaxation. Special attention has been placed on ensuring you have a comfortable stay. The bedrooms include high end mattresses and bedding, with a wide range of pillow options to fit every preference. We have also made sure to include many of the amenities not included in most vacation rentals. When you enter the home, you will immediately notice the special attention to detail. The home is 2 floors- the main floor includes the living area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, the dining area and kitchen. Head downstairs where you will find a family/entertainment room boasting a large smart TV, foosball table, and toys for ages 0-8. Additionally, there is a cupboard full of board games and puzzles the entire family can enjoy. This is a great home for a couples getaway, a fun family vacation, a friends trip, or for a long term stay if in the Tri Cities for work. If you do have young children, we have included a pack and play with a memory foam mattress and mattress sheets, a high chair, child cups, bowls, plates and silverware (including sippy cups), and a child gate for your use.
