Located across the street from Hatteras Island’s inviting south beach, this home offers ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. The ground level has parking, a hot shower, a fish-cleaning station, and an under-house entryway. The first level opens with a full bath and a game room with a foosball table, a kitchenette, and an entertainment center with a 55-inch Roku Smart TV. Topside on level two, the spacious, tiled great room opens with a cathedral ceiling and has an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a living area, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with a family-size table, and is anchored by resort furnishings and a top-of-the-line entertainment center. A full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. The main level has four bedrooms and two full baths. The oceanside first and second bedrooms are close to a hall bath. The third bedroom has deck access and the fourth bedroom has sound views, and both are close to the second hallway bath. There is a third full bath on the lower level. TVs and ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms. There is a lounge on the wide, south-facing, furnished decks where guests can enjoy ocean views. Climb the crow's nest for the fabulous Hatteras sunset and views of the ocean and sound. Have breakfast on the deck as the sun rises over the ocean. A full-size yard is available for fun and play.
