Free & secure parking garage. 20 minute walk or a 10 min. drive to the Best Beaches close by (La Boquita), with restaurants catering to you on the sandy beach with umbrellas. The space Beautiful Private Casita with Private Pool, Private 24 hour gated community, attractive vacation destination. Your guest house is a one bedroom with a queen bed, Plus a pull-out queen sofa-bed in the living room (Accommodations for two adults one child ((when requested)), Full Kitchen, Living Room, Full Bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking (Coffee, Tea, Drinking Water....) & your private pool is at your front door step. We can offer you a ride to and from the beach or town for 2 people when we are available. Also there is car rental available, taxi's & buses. There are wonderful hiking trails close by in the mountains with 2 abandoned houses at the top of another mountain, with a great story behind it, in walking distance (it is an easy hike) !!! Guest access You have 24hr. access to the property with your Private Guest House & Private Pool for 2 people. You have 24hr security. FREE Parking for one car in the garage. Early Check-in is an extra cost of 250 MX. Other things to note -Guests need to leave our home exactly how they received it with no belongings missing or damaged. Shoes can be worn in the house. -Air-Condition: be sure to close all doors & windows & use only when home to prevent wastage. -NO SMOKING in the HOUSE ( smoke away from the house at pool umbrellas) -No Glass dish’s of any kind at the pool please-ONLY PLASTIC DISHES AT THE POOL- and They Are Supplied. -NO GATHERINGS, NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED, NO PETS & NO EXCESS GUESTS. -Thank you for following these basic rules.
