Beautiful 3 bedroom lake home with amazing views of the lake year around. Within minutes to the lake for all of your water sports. Centrally located with nearby access to several ski resorts, public beaches, golfing, hiking/walking trails, shopping, dining and outdoor sports and golfing The space Nicely appointed living spaces with plenty of seating, cable TV and fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. K-cup or ground style pot coffee maker, BBQ grill as well out outdoor dining and lounge area. Enjoy views of the lake from nearly all areas inside as well as outside. Enjoy some quiet time while lounging in a cozy hillside hammock or Adirondack seating scattered up the hillside. Each spacious bedroom has been appointed with ample closet space, work area and comfy bedding. Excellent wifi thru Spectrum with 200 mbps makes it easy to work if you need to while on your getaway. Guest access Full home, please do not attempt to enter local private HOA pier. We are directly across the street from the lake - which means we are set up from a busy road -- there is road noise. Other things to note This home is within an HOA that adheres to quiet hours as well no parties or increased number of guests on the premises. If there is a complaint for any reason this may cause the lose of your deposit. We love hosting our guests and appreciate a good time - it just needs to maintain agreed protocols, please. PLEASE NOTE: Be prepared in winter - It can snow at anytime. Please have an AWD or 4 Wheel Drive vehicle or bring chains to maintain your safety. Also, our driveway is plowed in the first 10 -15ft. from the road IF there is 4 - 6" of snow in the mornings. The steep driveway cannot be plowed all the way.
