This unique property sits on I acre and has the option of adding two studios and a 2 bedroom apt with a kitchen, living room and bathroom. The main house has an oversized pool with a slide and splash pad, a year round hot tub, 4.5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, laundry room, game room, a gourmet kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with a large patio, outdoor furniture and a play set. The space The home is split level. It has one queen bedroom on the main level and a 3/4 bath near by. There’s a 1/2 bath near the front entrance. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom w/a king size bed and an en suite, the second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There’s a small bedroom upstairs that was converted to a laundry room and has a twin bed. There’s a full bathroom across the hall from the bedrooms. There’s a game room/movie room. The great room includes a gourmet kitchen and family room. There are two studios fenced off from the property and completely private but can be added. There is a basement apartment that can also be added for an additional fee. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room pool table and poker table. Also a walk out to a private patio. Photos are under theme room. The swimming pool is closed for the winter from mid-September to mid April/may 1st depending on the weather. Hot tub is open year round. Outdoor quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. We do not allow large parties. Unauthorized parties can result in the booking being terminated with no refund. Small gatherings are ok with prior authorization. Other things to note Photos under “theme room” description are of the basement apartment that can be added on to the reservation for an additional $150 per night. Outdoor quiet hours are 10pm- 8am. Do not leave children or elderly unattended either inside or outside. Swim at your own risk, no life guard on duty. The swimming pool is closed during the winter from mid-September/October to mid April/May, weather permitting. We provide a bbq grill but not the propane. You will need to fill up the tank if you choose to use it.
