Kingaley is 20 acres of bliss - only 2.5 hours from Sydney. Kingaley offers a pet friendly, entire farm stay experience with a fruit orchard, olive grove, cattle and perfectly situated house on the banks of the River. Activities like swimming, fishing, canoeing, hiking & paddling are all part of the relaxed experience. Only 1.15 hours from Newcastle, Kingaley is a great place to stay if you are mountain biking or hiking or just soaking in the relaxed environment. The space Our gorgeous boujee farmhouse was designed to view the river from every room. The house has two large main bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The two other bedrooms are small triple bunk rooms. The house offers a beautiful lounge with fire , dining room and TV room separate. The balcony alfresco dining is magic as the sun sets over the river. Outside farm side delivers a large BBQ area with another dining table (3 dining tables in all). A classic firepit among the gardens finish off the many spaces Kingaley offers. Guest access The entire house is available for use - 4 bedrooms. sitting room, tv room, dining room, laundry and kitchen. Wrap around deck for views over the river. Other things to note Our Kingaley is such a special place - the house is gorgeous and cute, the land is rich and the location sublime. We love seeing guests enjoy the experience of slowing down and really soaking up the whole farm experience. Feeding the horses or hanging out with the cows, fishing, swimming in our amazing stretch of the Williams river, bike riding or taking an early morning walk along our peaceful road or sharing a country BBQ with friends or sitting out by the fire and having a drink at the end of the day.
