The space *PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DISCLOSURES PRIOR TO BOOKING* *HIGH TEMPERATURES: This listing is located in Houston Texas, and between the months of April and September, 90-100 degree weather is almost guaranteed. There are two AC units and many fans located throughout the bus. During the summer months, the main living area is typically not capable of cooling below 80 degrees generally between the hours of 11am-5pm. The bedroom is able to cool exceptionally well at all times, providing comfort during the day. By booking, you confirm your understanding of this disclosure* *TOILET: Despite the luxury feel, this stay is considered a “camping” experience. Unlike usual camping, you’ll have access to a fully functional shower and toilet. The toilet operates with a standard RV black water tank system which is thoroughly cleaned and treated prior to your stay. There is treatment inside the bus to keep odors to a minimum. Please be mindful that there is only so much that can be done to treat common black water tank odors, and avoiding leaving the toilet trap open for longer than a few seconds prevents your odors from entering the bus. Longer stays, stays with larger parties, and stays during the intense heat between April-September can expect odors when misusing the toilet. Cleaning and treating the tank is very simple, and any issues with the black water tank will gladly be handled by host to ensure your comfort. Guest is responsible for communicating needs to host in a timely fashion. By booking, you confirm your understanding of this disclosure* *INTERNET: Unlike most camping experiences, you’ll have access to internet during your stay! The internet available is likely not sufficient for those who have high internet needs, but it will allow those who are looking for a relaxing getaway to browse the internet and use streaming platforms. The area this Skoolie is located in does experience internet loss occasionally due to storms and other natural occurrences, and in those circumstances there is nothing that the host can do to assist. Due to the mobile nature of the bus, the internet depends on a wifi extenders and wifi repeaters, and does occasionally require troubleshooting. Host is happy to assist with internet troubleshooting, and guest are responsible for communicating needs in a timely fashion. By booking, you confirm your understanding of this disclosure* Rest your head at night in a comfortable double bed in the back bedroom, show off your culinary expertise in a fully functioning kitchen with a 3 burner gas cooktop and a deep kitchen sink, nourish your body seated in the dining area doubling as an additional single bed, and lounge around and relax on the couch doubling as a double bed. There is an AC unit in the back that circulates the entirety of the interior, and fans, and bright LED lighting are featured throughout.
