Named after our daughter, Villa Baan Suaan "Bua" is a spacious yet cozy single level villa home ideally suited for couples, friends, families or empty nesters. The villa is fully serviced/cleaned every second day and full bedding and towel change takes place every fourth day. The bedrooms are all ensuite. . The bedrooms have king size beds (an extra bed/cot can be placed in either).Two bedrooms also feature their own private outdoor space. The living room is open,with a 50 inch flat screen "SMART" tv featuring over 300 international channels. Dvd player and dvds are also provided. The villa is spacious, yet comfortable, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the salt water pool. The kitchen is modern,fully equipped and includes your own espresso machine. The villa has a fridge freezer where you will find complimentary water, some local beers(chargeable) and of course well chilled glasses. There is a split level wine fridge with a selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and drinking water is also included. The location is an ideal hide-away as it is a very quiet area very close to three beautiful,yet quiet beaches and the local village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has several international restaurants and bars, as well as a few traditional Thai restaurants and cafes.The village runs most of Samui's regular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions. It also has a choice local minimarts/grocers . Guest access 190 square metres of living space All utilities included. Full catering available upon request. Daily clean(unless requested otherwise).
