This is normal for island destinations. We recommend bringing bug spray and wearing repellent at dusk. Our team maintains the villa regularly, but seeing a bug indoors or outdoors is possible and not a sign of cleanliness. • Wildlife: You may occasionally see geckos, hermit crabs, lizards, or birds around the property. They are harmless and part of island living. • Weather & Sea Conditions: Weather can change quickly in the tropics. Strong sun, heavy rain, sea grass, and shifting tides are all natural. Sea grass comes and goes depending on the season and currents — we cannot control its presence, but it’s part of the health of the local ecosystem. • Utilities & Internet: Belize is a developing island, and although we have high-speed Wi-Fi and modern utilities, occasional fluctuations in power, water pressure, or internet speed can occur. We maintain and replace items regularly, but minor wear is normal in beachfront environments. • Staffing & Privacy: Our full-time house manager and onsite caretakers are here to keep the property running smoothly.
