This is a very large house with ensuite private bathrooms for the bedrooms, it is my summer Vacation home. I have renovated it, and I am pleased to have others enjoy it when I am not there. The house is right in town, so it's convenient to Everything. Off street parking and a large back deck for BBQ and lounging. This house is so large - it can sleep 15. It is good for large parties - those attending a local reception, wedding, reunion. Also good for groups of couples attending the local music events they hold in Yarmouth, as well as the Seafood Festival and other events. Also, groups of seniors who travel together, curling tournament guests. You have access to the entire house - all 7 bedrooms and 7 baths. There is a washer and dryer for your use - you supply the soap. You supply all food - this is not a B&B. All kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, dining room seats 10, additional seating in kitchen nook for 4, dishes-service for 12. TV with cable, VCR, DVD player, WiFi access. Outdoors - spacious back deck with BBQ grill, plenty of off-street parking in rear. Guests check themselves into the house - there is a property manager available locally if needed, but otherwise you have the place to yourselves, it is private. There are many great restaurants, so many things to do in town. You can find information in the notebook in the house with all the Rental Rules and places to go. There is no public transportation in Yarmouth, but you're so close to everything you may want to walk around town. There is also a bike rental place in town-they have tandem bikes and surreys as well. There is a landline telephone, but it is for local calls only.
