Holiday Price ! Los Balcones: 3 Rooms/5 Balconies

Come stay in our colonial sunlit and fully restored historical 3 bedroom apartment! You can enjoy our rooftop patio and bar with sweeping views of Havana Vieja and the capital, or “Capitolio” in clear view. The apartment contains a large suite with three private balconies and private bathroom, and two more bedrooms each with their own balcony, and two bathrooms. The flat is lovingly designed for your comfort and only yours to enjoy! We hope you join us, we would love to host you! Please come!! The space You will have the entire floor and use of our rooftop terrace and bar above available to you. The roof is a beautiful space with spectacular views of all of Havana Vieja for you to enjoy. You can have breakfast up there or late night drinks and relaxing after a busy day of relaxing. Simply let us know what you want there and we will provide it. It is not staffed except when you request it. The apartment has three bedrooms. Two rooms each have their own private balcony, a queen-sized bed, and access to two bathrooms in the hall. The large suite at the end of the hall has three balconies that open out to expansive views of Havana Vieja, a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa, should you need it, and an en suite bath. The kitchen and breakfast area is spacious, comfortable and only yours to use. Every room in the apartment has AC from imported full split units (much quieter than window units). Everyone is surprised how extremely comfortable the beds are, as we have gel memory foam mattresses. The wiring and plumbing is new and we have fire alarms, safes for security, and mini-bars to keep your beer cold! We can offer you a delicious traditional Cuban breakfast with fruits juices eggs toast and home made jams and coffee for 9 euros per person. Please let us know a day in advance so we can have fresh ingredients for you Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the entire floor, as well as access to the rooftop terrace and bar. It is perfect for groups and families who want a place to relax and enjoy each other’s company together in their own space, or regroup after exploring our amazing city. There will be no family members living in the space and it is completely private and yours to enjoy. There will be a maid there to assist in your every need and provide security 24/7. Regarding any visitors you bring to our space, please keep in mind the buying or selling of sex is illegal in Cuba. You will be putting yourself at risk of arrest for prostitution and we have a strict no tolerance policy. You may bring in acquaintances (not into the rooms) for visiting, but the law in Cuba requires each person to be properly registered at the Casa Particular they are staying in.
