The building possess all that you can wish for for a relaxing holiday or business trip: 20 meter outdoor pool with huge sundeck, outside garden, laundry, spa and sauna on the top floor, huge gym on the 31th floor overlooking the river, SUM,(Common area that can be booked for larger gatherings). Palermo soho is the most sought for neighborhood in Buenos Aires, with direct access to the plentiful restaurants and nightlife but also not far away from Bosque de Palermo, a huge park, (890 acre/400 hectares!!!), a nature reserve used for jogging, sports and leisure time, just a kilometer away. The pool in the building is closed from 15. April until 15. November. Guest access The guests are free to use any of the amenities on the property, including pool, spa, sauna, garden, laundry. No guests are allowed! Each guest is required to present a valid passport or ID for entering the building first time. This will be asked for by the time of booking. Other things to note The check-in time is after 4 pm. The checkout time is before 10 am. No self check-in possible due to building house rules requirering owner to be present by check-in . If you arrive early in the morning I recommend to book the apartment one day before and also by late evening departure, to book one night extra. That way the apartment will be move in ready at any time and move out can be done at late night. Important to mention: the apartment and building does not have storage facilities for storing luggage.
