Villa Champa has the following facilities and services that are particularly relevant for families with kids: * Tropical garden with bale benong. * 13 m swimming pool. * Pool toys (balls, pool noodles and floaties). * Fish-pond with giant koi carp. * Lovebird aviary. * Separate upstairs lounge with kids TV channels, books and board games. * Plastic plates, cups and  cutlery for young children. * Cots and highchairs. * Child-minding. * Stair gates at top and bottom of the stairs to the upstairs lounge. * Secure stainless-steel pool fence (can be installed without charge) THE ACCOMMODATION SLEEPING Villa Champa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and one twin/double) each with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms feature “King Koil” luxury mattresses for maximum comfort and rest. The air-conditioners are whisper quiet and discretely hidden within teak timber enclosures. All bedrooms are also provided with ceiling fans. The master bedroom, which opens onto the upstairs balcony, with views of Kuta, Jimbaran, Benoa and the distant volcanoes, features a king size bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, rain shower, bathtub, wash basin, make-up desk, and an adjoining tropical roof-top garden. The master bathroom and dressing area is air-conditioned for extra comfort, and includes a security safe. Also upstairs is a twin bedroom, which can also be configured as a double, and which opens onto the huge upstairs living area and has a spectacular outlook over the villa garden and the sea beyond. The third bedroom is a double and is located downstairs, with direct access to the pool deck and has its own private garden. The en-suite bathroom features an exotic Bali style outdoor shower in a private garden area. This bedroom is accessible without using any steps, making it great for wheelchair users or elderly guests. LIVING AND EATING Villa Champa has two huge living areas; one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs living area is open on three sides to take advantage of the cooling breezes that grace the bukit area and to maintain the connection with the adjacent upper- level garden planters. It features extensive teak timber paneling and a high cathedral ceiling, and connects with the upstairs balcony, which is a great spot for a relaxing cocktail at the end of the day and to enjoy the transition to darkness as the villa and garden take on a new and magical glow.  The upstairs living area has a large sofa-bed (which converts to an extra bed with a mosquito net), wing-back chair, beanbag chair, coffee table, TV and an exercise bike. The downstairs living and dining area is open on two sides, connecting to the entrance patio and pool deck on one side and an exquisite and tranquil orchid garden on the other. The dining area has an eight-seat teak dining table and adjacent buffet. Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a 4 m long breakfast bar, complete with four bar stools. The downstairs living area is provided with large and comfortable couches, cushions, coffee tables, TV, DVD player and sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity for playing music from your phone. KITCHEN & COOK Whilst we have a dedicated in villa cook to take care of your culinary requirements during your stay, should you wish to use it there is a fully equipped European style galley kitchen, with extensive bench and cupboard space. The kitchen is furnished with a large refrigerator/freezer, water fountain, cook-top (gas), convection oven (electric), microwave oven and a comprehensive range of appliances and utensils to make meal preparation a breeze. The villa also has fully equipped service areas, including staff accommodation and rest area, staff kitchen, and laundry facilities. VILLA FACILITIES With elegant integration of outdoor and indoor space, and all of the creature comforts of modern island living, Villa Champa exudes charm and serenity. Guest access GENERAL ACCESS Villa Champa is a private villa, and so the entire villa and all its facilities, including pool, garden, parking, lounges, etc. is reserved only for you with no other guests at all. We have a full team of staff available to assist you including a manager/concierge / driver / cook and night security. Staff live in a separate building, next to Villa Champa. DISABLED ACCESS Villa Champa has no steps from the covered parking area to the main villa area, and wide doors throughout the villa. The bedroom on the ground floor is therefore easily accessible for wheelchair users and elderly, and there is also a seat in the shower as well. CHILD FACILITIES Villa Champa has several safety features if you come with small kids, including a pool fence, stair gates at top and bottom of the stairs, and a selection of toys, books and games as well. The upstairs lounge doubles as a separate playroom for families. Other things to note CAR & DRIVER (Included for stays 2 nights or more ONLY!) Villa Champa comes with its own car (Mitsubishi Xpander) and driver as part of the accommodation rate, including check-in day and check-out day transfers (terms and condition apply). Guests only pay for fuel, parking and entry fees. The included car and driver and Villa Champa's very convenient and central location mean that guests are able to readily explore all that the Bukit or indeed Bali has to offer without the hassle of needing to make their own transport arrangements. FOOD & BEVERAGE Aside from tea, filter coffee and mineral water, no meals or drinks are included in the villa rental rate. However we operate a 'groceries system' at our villa, which means you pay the actual cost of groceries, plus an additional 20% villa charge.
