Apartment Enzian for 2 people

My parents' house is located in the cozy village of Oetz. I rent nice, friendly and lovingly furnished apartments there. Many of my guests keep coming back and have become friends. My house has a top location and you can leave your car very relaxed. The Ötztal stands for mountains and skis, hiking and outdoor, wellness and sports, in summer and winter. The apartment Enzian is suitable for 1-2 adults + 1-2 children or 3 adults. See you soon - I'm glad ! The space The apartment has a completely new kitchen-living room with cozy seating area and private balcony. In the bedroom there is a comfortable box spring bed, a couch as well as satellite flat TV, a bay window and a sitting area. The separate bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The 3rd person can sleep on the couch, on request there is a small single room directly next to it that can be booked. However, this single room is not connected to the Feríenwohnung. Guest access Apartment on the 1st floor Other things to note Local tax will be charged additionally. Summer 2023: Euro 3,50,-, from 1.11.2023 Euro 4,00 per person and night. Children to the age of 15 are exempt.
