This is a private bedroom in my home with separate entrance. , walk to the beach, 4 blocks. No checkout list. Private room, full bathroom and new deck opens into treehouse type setting. Home is on pilings, you must climb stairs. Fully stocked outdoor shower also available (seasonal). Limited kitchen access. No cooking, microwave available for reheating. Primary living area is not shared. External security cameras carport/patio. Booking party must be present for reservation. The space This is an ideal listing for single, female travelers. Self-checkin or meet and greet, your choice. You can come and go as you wish. I will always be available by phone if you have questions. Dogs live here however I do not accept guests traveling with pets. Pet exemption issued by ABNB. Non-negotiable. Roku TV with Prime/Paramount/Showtime and rotating different services. I do not have cable or network TV. There is continuous WIFI streaming for your devices. Your bathroom will be stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also included is a hair dryer. You will always be the only guest in my main home. However, there is a separate, entirely detached Airbnb studio apartment on the ground level that is booked often. Your space will always be private, including your bath and den, and it has no shared walls with me or the downstairs space. Beach towels and chairs are available. No snorkeling gear or umbrella. Guest access You must confirm that you have read and agree to the house rules. Private bedroom and bathroom. You also have French doors opening to your own private deck situated in a live oak tree creating a breezy, relaxing space for relaxing overlooking the backyard. TV available in bedroom. My living room is not shared with guests. There are also multiple outdoor sitting and dining areas on the carport under the house. These are all available to guests but are shared with other Airbnb guests in separate ADU downstairs when booked. Kitchen use is very limited. You may store a few items in the refrigerator. You may not bring your own appliances such as air fryers or instant pots. You may use the microwave to reheat but I do not allow stove use or meal prep. The center island and dining area are available for you to eat if you order take out. The kitchen area is not to be used as a work station. Check-in is between 3:00-9:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. You may request earlier/later times but it is dependent on upcoming bookings I may have. I do ask that you observe quiet time after 11:00 pm as this is a residential neighborhood. During your stay If you have not downloaded the Airbnb app, please do so as that is how I will communicate with you before and during your stay. I am always available to answer questions for you. Other things to note Rates vary depending on the time of the year. They may change daily during peak season. Once you book, your rate is locked in. Absolutely zero cleaning required from guests. No bed to strip, no laundry to load. Just enjoy your stay. You must be at least 21 to book. ID may be requested. Cigarette smoking is absolutely prohibited anywhere on property. If you are a smoker, please do not request a booking. I am on a corner lot with ample free parking at my house, but parking is not covered or shaded. This property is not safe or suitable for children due to the dogs and multiple sets of stairs. Pet exemption on file with Airbnb. Bringing an undisclosed pet will result in your reservation being cancelled with no refund. Please be sure you have read and understand the cancellation policy in place. Also remember this is a barrier island and hurricane season runs June through November. Travel insurance is advised. I will not consider discounts, long term rentals or guests traveling with pets under any circumstances.
