The space Set over two floors, approx. 2000+ sqr ft, 3 large bedrooms, recently renovated waterfront penthouse apartment located on the 3d and the 4th floor of the building. No elevator, you should walk upstairs. Fully furnished and well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. In addition we have 2 balconies with incredible water views. This apartment has ACs only in the bedrooms, however living room has a fan and if the balcony and kitchen window is open, there will be a nice breeze throughout the apartment. Upstairs: 1st Master bedroom, King Size bed and full washroom with shower, private balcony, lagoon view. Upstairs: 2nd Bedroom, Queen Size bed and full washroom Downstairs: 3rd Bedroom, Queen Size bed and full washroom. We also have an air mattress and additional washroom facilities in the living room for your convenience. Guest access The complex has a tennis court, gym and multiple swimming pools. Guests have free access to Seawind Beach Club which is a 7 minute walk from the complex. Other things to note Please note, we are providing you with all basic necessities upon your arrival. However, we are not a hotel. Should you run out of anything, you would need to get your own or ask the maid. Apartment comes with a maid who does daily cleaning. However, upon request, we can provide the following Additional Services: Supermarket Run - $20 USD Cooking - $60 USD per meal (groceries not included) Airport pick up - $30 USD one way ($50 round trip) Laundry (wash, iron, folded - $10 per load)
