The property spans 95 feet of direct waterfront, and the rental includes a floating dock, a large dock for your boat, and great fishing! This house is close to all activities yet away from it all. This property is closed from November to May (it may open in mid-April, weather dependent; if you are booking in April or late October, please inquire). ***Once your booking is confirmed, we will ask for your email and then send you via email the rental agreement that needs to be electronically signed*** This must be done for you to receive check-in instructions.
