The space At the back, a wooden terrace and its 5-seater jacuzzi heated to 37.5° will make you very happy for a real moment of sharing and relaxation. The outdoor shower will prove to be very practical for your beach returns as well as the sun loungers at your disposal. THE SPACE The Villa is spread over 3 levels for a capacity of 8 people. On the garden level: You will find three bedrooms, a toilet, an office area, a relaxing living room with TV while enjoying the view of the indoor garden and with direct access to the terrace and the jacuzzi. The bedrooms: Two bedrooms with 160 cm beds, plenty of storage and one with a desk area. The latter are separated by a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink and a towel dryer. The third bedroom is a master suite with a 160 cm bed, storage and bathroom, shower and sink. At your disposal is a garage, where you can park your car, an additional fridge as well as a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the 1st floor: The first level is accessible from the garden level, and also from the exterior staircase that leads you to the main entrance door. This level consists of a large entrance with cupboard, toilet and access to the outdoor terrace. Continuing, you have access to a pleasant and spacious living room serving as a living room, dining room and open kitchen that welcomes you with a large sofa, fireplace, TV, and access to three terraces, one overlooking the back that preserves total privacy, with a garden lounge and plancha at your disposal. The fully equipped kitchen will satisfy you with fridge, freezer, oven, integrated SMEG coffee machines, microwave, plancha, induction and gas hob, toaster... On the 2nd floor: A bright master suite with a 160 cm bed that is completed with an independent terrace, TV, bathroom with shower, sink, bathtub, dressing room and toilet awaits you on the second and last level.
